Why I Started This
Founders can generate a brand strategy in seconds today. Positioning statements, taglines, content plans. The speed is powerful, and when you are building with limited time and money, it feels like progress. But speed without clarity does not create traction. It multiplies confusion. When everything is available instantly, the real question becomes, “How do I know this is right?” More options cannot answer that. Only clear positioning can.
I saw this long before AI. For 25 years I have built food and beverage brands, from global companies like Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, and Kellogg’s to early stage teams with no budget. I have walked the aisles at Expo West and watched brilliant products get overlooked, not because they were weak, but because their positioning was unclear. When growth stalled, teams assumed the product was wrong. It rarely was. They were trying to fix a clarity problem with more execution.
I am an engineer by training, which means I look for inputs and patterns. When a brand grows, I study the order of decisions that made it possible. Clarity is always one of them.Â
